JOHNNY DEPP (Inspector Fred Abberline) has earned both critical and popular acclaim for his work in an array of memorable film roles. He starred in Tim Burton's "Sleepy Hollow," co-starring Christina Ricci, marking his third collaboration with Tim Burton. Their previous efforts, "Ed Wood" and "Edward Scissorhands," earned Depp Best Actor Golden Globe nominations.

HEATHER GRAHAM (Mary Kelly) is widely considered one of the most promising young actresses in Hollywood. JASON FLEMYNG (Netley) rose to prominence for his role in Guy Ritchie's hit crime caper "Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels" and starred in Ritchie's "Snatch." His other films include George Romero's "Bruiser," "The Red Violin," "Deep Rising," "Stealing Beauty," "Rob Roy" and "Jungle Book."
Flemyng won the Best Actor Award at the Geneva Film Festival for his role in 1996's "Alive and Kicking." He has appeared in several British television productions, including "Tess of the D'Urbervilles," "The Double," "Beck" and "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.' LESLEY SHARP (Kate Eddowes) is an accomplished London stage actress who has performed with the National Theater in such productions as "Mother Courage," "Uncle Vanya," "Murmuring Judges," "On" and "Ting Tang Mine." Sharp has been seen in such feature films as "The Full Monty," "Naked" and "Priest," and in more than a dozen BBC television productions, including "Clocking Off," "Nature Boy," "Great Expectations," "Moonstone," "Road" and "The Lost Child," a segment of the "Prime Suspect" series directed by John Madden. Sharp was trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
SUSAN LYNCH (Liz Stride) is a native of Nerwy, Northern Ireland and is now based in London. The sister of actor John Lynch, she moved to London at age 18 to study drama at Central School. She has since acquired several film credits, including "Beautiful Creatures," "Nora," "Commedia," "Waking Ned Devine," "The Secret of Roan Inish," "Interview With A Vampire" and "Northern Lights."
Lynch has been seen on television in the miniseries "Amongst Women," "Ivanhoe" and "Kings in Grass Castles," as well as in the telefilms "A Royal Scandal" and "Truth Or Dare." KATRIN CARTLIDGE (Dark Annie Chapman) is another theatrically-trained London actress who has made a mark in feature films. She received a London Film Critics Circle nomination as Best Actress for her performance in "Breaking the Waves" and won the Evening Standard Best Actress Award for her role in "Claire Dolan." TERENCE HARVEY (Ben Kidney) has appeared on film in "Secrets & Lies," "Big Surprise," "Across the Lake," "Phantom of the Opera" and "The Man Who Knew Too Little." A self-described "Liverpool Irishman," Harvey was trained and worked as an accountant until age 34, when illness and the birth of his son prompted him to pursue his dream of an acting career. He wrote a persuasive letter to the Royal Shakespeare Company, and was granted an audition. Accepted into the company, he performed in several notable productions, leading to his casting in the acclaimed "Nicholas Nickelby," which he played in for three years, including a tour of the United States.
ANNABELLE APSION (Polly) has screen credits in "This Year's Love," "The War Zone" and "Lolita." Her television work includes the miniseries "Sunburn" and "Big Women," as well as the telefilms "The Lakes," "Good Night, Mr. Tom," "Killing Me Softly," "Hillsborough," "Framed" and "The Widowmaker." She has played roles on the British series "My Good Friend" and "Soldier, Soldier."
IAN RICHARDSON (Sir Charles Warren) is, along with Ian Holm, one of Britain's most esteemed theatrical performers and a member of the Royal Shakespeare Theater since 1960. His more than 50 stage credits, most occurring in London and New York, include a Tony® nomination as Best Actor for his role as Henry Higgins in "My Fair Lady."
Richardson has performed in films since 1962. His other films include "Dark City," "102 Dalmations," "M. Butterfly," "The Year of the Comet," "Cry Freedom," "Brazil" and Man of La Mancha." He played Sherlock Holmes in "The Hound of the Baskervilles" and "The Sign of Four."
Richardson was born in Edinburg, Scotland, and educated at the city's Tynecastle School. After completing national service in the military's broadcasting group, he studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, where he won the James Bridie Gold Medal, and is today a Fellow.
